Laiterie Charlevoix

Member of the Économusées network as Économusée du Cheese since 1997, an interpretation center that presents the history of cheese manufacturing in Quebec through explanatory panels and old equipment. The Museum is accessible individually or in guided tours for groups. The Économusée makes it possible to attend the stages of production and to make contact with an ancestral production that has kept its artisanal character. This exhibition is free.
